Credit Card Authorizations

1. Bookings of 1-5 guests will not be required to provide a credit card authorisation and will not be subject to a cancellation policy.
2. Bookings of 6-9 guests will be contacted for credit card authorisation to confirm their booking and will be charged $50 per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
3. Bookings of 10 guests and above, who chose to dine A la carte (subject to approval, see terms and conditions) will be contacted for a credit card authorisation to confirm their booking and will be charged $80 per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
4. Bookings of 10 guests and above, who organise a set menu will be contacted for a credit card authorisation to confirm their booking and will be charged the value of their set menu per person for cancellations within 48 hours of their reservation.
5. Cancellation charges for reservations of 10 and above are higher due to the extra labour allocated for operations and food prep.

Terms & Conditions

1. We do not allocate/designate tables for bookings. Tables are allocated on the day based on availability and weather.
2. No refunds will be processed for cancellation of any group bookings of 6 and above within 48 hours of the reservation date.
3. For bookings of 10 people and over, Group Dining menu/Set-menu options must be taken. If not, please see pt. 4.
4. A 10% surcharge applies for A La Carte Menu on group bookings of 10 people and over (subject to approval) on Friday and Saturday.
5. Upon arrival there might be a slight delay in getting your table ready, this is generally due to our reluctance to rush our dinners. However, we will do everything possible to have your table prepared at the earliest.
6. Bookings are made for a maximum of 1.5 hours for up to groups of 7, and 2 hours for groups of 8 and above (strictly maintained on Fridays & Saturdays, flexible on other days, subject to availability).
7. An extra 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays.
8. Deals and Specials are limited to bookings of up to 6 guests.
